By booking your stay at Mallorca Work & Flow House, you agree to the following terms:

💳 Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

Your reservation is only confirmed once the full amount has been received.

​

❌ Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation (including illness, travel issues, or personal circumstances).

​

🔁 Replacement Option

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person.

Additionally:

• If we are able to fill your spot from our waiting list,

• we may offer a partial refund at our discretion

There is no entitlement to a refund or rebooking.

💰 Security Deposit & Damages

A security deposit of €300 is required prior to arrival.

• The deposit will be refunded after your stay, provided no damages or excessive cleaning are required

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay

• If damages exceed the deposit, the Guest agrees to cover the additional costs

👥 Participation & Community Fit

Mallorca Work & Flow House is a curated coliving experience.

We reserve the right to:

• Select participants to ensure a positive group dynamic

• Decline or cancel bookings if necessary for the overall experience

🏡 Accommodation & House Rules

The stay takes place in a shared villa environment.

Guests agree to:

• Respect the space, furniture, and surroundings

• Be mindful of other guests and neighbors

• Contribute to a respectful and inspiring atmosphere

In case of serious misconduct, we reserve the right to terminate the stay without refund.

Guests are expected to act responsibly and with care when using all facilities, especially the pool and outdoor areas.

Guests agree to follow the House Rules at all times.
The House Rules are an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By booking, the Guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted both the Terms & Conditions and the House Rules.

🌐 Internet & Work Environment

Wi-Fi is provided to support remote work.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for technical issues beyond our control.

🧘 Activities & Personal Responsibility

Participation in any activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

Guests acknowledge that their stay at Mallorca Work & Flow House is at their own responsibility.

The Provider is not liable for:

• personal injury, accidents, or health-related issues during the stay

• loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings

The use of all facilities (including pool, outdoor areas, stairs, and shared spaces) is at the Guest’s own risk.

Guests confirm that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the experience.

🔒 Liability

The Provider is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Any further liability, especially for indirect damages, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

📸 Media & Content

Photos and videos may be taken for marketing purposes.

If you prefer not to appear, please inform us in advance.

⚖️ Final Provisions

• By booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms

• If any provision is invalid, the remaining terms remain unaffected
